Founded in January 2019, Creative Casting Agency (CCA) is the result of Jill Demling’s career spent at the intersection of fashion and entertainment. CCA provides a suite of consulting and casting services for brands, print and digital magazines, broadcast and social platforms.
Demling started her career working for Bryan Lourd and Kevin Huvane at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and
went on to spend twenty years as Entertainment Director at Vogue Magazine and Co-Director of the Condé Nast Talent Group. During her tenure, she booked talent for hundreds of covers, countless portfolios, branded content projects and events including the MET Gala.
Demling developed A-level relationships across all platforms, and worked closely with world-renown photographers, editors, celebrities, athletes, musicians, models, fashion brands, advertisers, and creative directors, to help guide the magazine through the enormous cultural and societal shifts of the past two decades.
"Jill has been an invaluable part of my Vogue team for the past twenty years, starting her career as my assistant and moving on to being a highly valued co-director of Conde Nast's Talent Group. We will miss her enthusiasm, her extraordinary network of contacts and her amazing sixth sense of knowing exactly what makes a Vogue story," said Editor-in-Chief and Conde Nast artistic director Anna Wintour.
Since its inception CCA has worked with clients including Target, Coach, British Vogue, Tod's, AXE, NBC/Universal and Uniqlo among others. Whether Demling is booking talent for high profile events like Target’s “20 Years of Design for All”, or casting a new docuseries for Kevin Kwan, she taps into her years of experience and extraordinary contacts to provide top-notch talent and bespoke ideas.
